After Copyright Battle Win, University to Recoup Court Costs
A federal judge awarded Georgia State University attorney’s fees for defending themselves of a copyright infringement lawsuit. The judge also “rejected a proposed injunction that would have imposed exacting guidelines on professors who wish to make portions of certain copyrighted course readings for free.”
