Alice Aycock Sues JFK Aiport, Claims Violation of Moral Rights

Alicy Aycock, Star Sifter.

Catching up on some good art law news. Alice Aycock is suing JFK International Airport’s Terminal One seeking to stop the Terminal from removing and destroying her sculpture piece, Star Shifter. Aycock is suing under the notorious Visual Artists Rights Act of 1990.
