Supremes to Decide Whether Cheerleading Uniforms Are Copyrightable

The US Supreme Court has agreed to settle the dispute over whether cheer leading uniforms are protected by copyright law.

It’s too bad Justice Scalia won’t be around to hear this case, as we can only imagine how much he would relish the opportunity to quip at this pom-pompous case. And if we can get something better than a 4-4 split, we would certainly have much to cheer about!
