9th Circuit: Artist Entitled to Collect $450,000 Copyright Infringement Award

This past Monday, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Artist Donald Wakefield, whose work was copied by real estate billionaire Igor Olenicoff, the world’s 156^th richest person according to Forbes, is entitled to collect the $450,000 a federal jury awarded him.
