Artists and designers love to screw with trademarks and trade slogans–“Got Milk” and “Just Do It” come to mind. They also love to make riffs on these trade slogans.
One trademark owner that doesn’t take lightly to trademark infringement is the state of Texas. Yep, a state can own a trademark, and in this case, a slogan as well. So, don’t mess with Texas.
