Artist’s First Amendment Rights Trump Privacy
New York’s Supreme Court decided last week that photographer and artist Arne Svenson was within his First Amendment right to display and advertise a series of photographs he took of his neighbors without their permission.
With privacy rights eroding by the minute in this country, we can’t say this is too surprising.
