Warhol Foundation Settles With Insurer

After two years, The Andy Warhol Foundation reached a settlement with the Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company. The insurance company agreed to pay the “lion’s share” of the foundation’s legal fees stemming from two lawsuits brought by the collectors Joe Simon and Susan Shaer in 2007, according to a press release from the foundation.
