Not ‘Poor Art’
A New York district court has held that “great artist” Robert Indiana did not license and “had nothing whatsoever to do with” the “poor art” created by another artist, and that Indiana did not make any misrepresentations to a buyer about this work or any other matter.
The case is Tovar v. Indiana.
