Swiss Art, Ai Weiwei, and Moral Rights

Another interesting piece from Art Asia Pacific.  Chin-chin Yap writes on “an unprecedented instance of a collector’s deliberate destruction of a valuable object in the service of a brand-new artwork, and it also refers to a long tradition of appropriation and iconoclasm in which Ai Weiwei himself is well-schooled.”
